I specialize in working with people who are expecting and are adjusting to parenthood. This time in a parent’s life can be confusing and overwhelming. Immense physical and hormonal changes are coupled with sleep deprivation and new expectations and responsibilities. While we expect this to be a time of great joy, many women are unaware of the range of likely emotional reactions.
I’m passionate about maternal and paternal mental health, and have extensive experience with prenatal and postpartum families I understand how important it is to have a safe, non-judgmental place to share in an open and honest way what being a new parent is really like.
